From Villa Philomena’s elevated position, her front terraces provide stunning views along the picturesque channel between Korcula and the Peninsula, to the windsurfers, kitesurfers and sailboats below – perfect for sun soaked barbeques and relaxing in the daytime, and moonlit dinner and drinks in the evening. 

All four bedrooms have a wonderful uninterrupted view of the sea, with a panoramic view of the scene below stretching for miles...

The villa is generously sized, at 210 square metres overall, with three bedrooms measuring 5m by 4m, and one measuring 5m by 3.5m. 

The back hall measures 2.5m by 7m and leads to an oval-shaped bathroom, and each of these spaces reach up 4m to the roof eaves.

Notes:

There is a property next door which is occasionally occupied by nice English friends of ours.

The concrete track leading to the villa is narrow and is not very well suited to large vehicles such as people carriers.  Medium-sized or smaller vehicles are recommended.

Villa Philomena is unsuitable for people of very limited mobility.
